Whilst every effort is made to make sure that the price of items on this site are correct at the time of the publishing of the site, we reserve the right to refer to our retail price guide to resolve any possible inaccuracies and to take this guide as the definitive price for the item and to accept the sale of the items at the price in this guide. This is to protect both ourselves and our customers from any fraudulent interference or tampering with our web site out-with our knowledge. All prices that you see quoted for products are fully inclusive of tax but do not include shipping unless stated specifically. Shipping rates can be found by adding the products to the shopping basket and choosing the type of shipping required. You will not require to purchase the product as you can remove it from your shopping cart.
All items that are featured on this site will be sent from the United Kingdom. Any import duties or taxes, or any other fee payable to any authority due to the items importation to any country other than the United Kingdom are payable by the customer. Different countries have different import duties and taxes over which we have no control. If you are in doubt about any amounts that would be payable by you we suggest that you contact your government customs authority.
Some of the items on this site are made to order by small independent companies so please expect delivery to be a minimum of 14 days to any address within the United Kingdom and at least 28 days for overseas deliveries. All postage prices quoted are for standard Royal Mail delivery up to 2kg and thereater by courier. If you require the item faster please e-mail prior to buying and we can discuss further delivery methods. Royal Mail is being used by us as the pricing of some other methods are prohibitive to both ourselves and our customers. All item delivery times are quoted on the page that has the "Add To Cart" button for the relevant product. If in doubt about your pruchases delivery time please contact us and we will be able to give you a more accurate delivery time.
If you require delivery of an item quicker than the quoted times it is often possible for us to get things done more quickly, although there is sometimes a "rush fee". Please contact us if you require the item quicker than the published times.
Whilst every effort is made by ourselves to ensure that our products are readily available for our customers, there may be occasions whereby items are out of stock with ourselves due to our suppliers being also out of stock. We cannot unfortunately be held responsible for these stock shortages but will endeavour to inform our customers of the non-availabilty as soon as the fact of their shortages are notified to us.
